1. Placing orders.
All orders must be placed through the website or over the phone at least 2h before delivery. The client must state clearly the delivery address, contact name and phone number.
2. Cancellation of order.
In case of cancellation, the client needs to call us at least 3h before delivery. There will be a full refund when the order is cancelled at least 3h before delivery. Otherwise there will be a full charge.
3. Return policy.
There is no return of food accepted.
All our website prices exclude GST. GST will be charged in keeping with current regulations. Our prices are subject to change. Our latest prices are featured on our website.
5. Delivery charge.
We offer a free delivery service for orders of $60 and above in Sydney CBD. Orders under $60 will incur a $10 delivery charge. We can also accommodate orders delivered to Suburbs with a minimum of order $150.
6. Week-end deliveries.
The Little Paris is closed on weekends, but we can open exceptionally for large orders above $500. There would be also a 25% weekend extra charge. We need 3 days notice for weekend deliveries.
Payments must be processed by credit or debit card via the website or over the phone prior to delivery. AMEX are also accepted.
8. Delivery timing
The delivery will take place within the 30 minutes before the booked time. For example, for a lunch delivery booked for 12pm, the delivery will take place between 11.30am and 12pm.
